STRATEGY IN RE-BRANDING



As you know we decided to restructure our company. Rebranding is a very important move to make when you feel that it's needed.  Let's first discuss rebranding- changing the corporate strategy. So I need to talk about Phat and Phabulous by Design, LLC strategy would be to focus on our marketing positions, competitive moves and business approaches. How do we arrive at the strategic choices  Trial and error 2. Strategic thinking on the part of key executives and their appetite for risk taking. 3. Decisions based on analyst of the company situation.

Let's cover good Strategy Making really need to be examined especially when finding ways to compete differently with our rivals. 1. Appealing to buyers  in a way that set a company apart from rivals particularly when it comes to doing what rivals  don't do or can't do. 2. Staking out a market position that is not crowded with other strong competitions.

So when thinking about  Phat and Phabulous Soaps it becomes very important that we know who and what our competition is doing and how can we find another way  to set ourselves apart from them. So I would think it would be important to find out what are Value  proposition: P& P Soaps has the value proposition of assisting customers clearly understanding why it is important to take care of  their skin and skin cells by:  1. Providing excellent customer service. 2. Providing information about the benefits of the products. 3. We take pride in knowing that our products get results.

As we continue to impress upon ourselves how this can make us or break us in the soap industry.  Phat and Phabulous Soaps understands that we have to be serious about how we target market, market analysis those will crucial roles in our success.

Phat and Phabulous by Design Soaps

Phat and Phabulous by Design opened in  2013 we have now been in business for three years.  It has been a bumpy ride. We lost a partner because of personal issues, business slowed down and  we were about to close the doors as we realize it became a one-man show.  I started to doubt myself that I could do this for the fourth time. I love being an entrepreneur and after getting advice  when I was about to give up , I was reassured that I can rebrand and reintroduce our products to our customers.
I decided to downsize on products and concentrate on soaps yes I decided to just have a soap product line. We will concentrate on thirteen different soaps.  Lemongrass olive oil,  Goatmilk, Oatmeal, is our signature soaps.  Our new line will consist of  Coconut Rose,  Grapefruit Blast, Orange Lotus Blossom, Black Fig Freesia, Cherry Elegant, Brown Gardenia, Baby Juniper, Lavender Passion, & Creamy Candied Apple.

I am hoping that the change to the Phat and Phabulous product line will bring our customers a new outlook on our products at the same time need fulfilling their  needs we will continue to use our oils such as hemp , jojoba, and Aloe vera oils these oils have their own unique uses for the body.
We decided also to change our packaging and the size of our soaps by this we want our customers to get more out of their products with this we have to change our prices too to match our competitors and to match our rebranding. 

We understand that this is a process and  we will do our best to make sure that the decisions that are made with Phat and Phabulous products and services will definitely continue to keep our customers satisfied.

We will take in consideration the follow three main questions that our customers want answers to:
What can our products and services do for them?
How does our products and services compare to the products and services they have used in the past?
Can we make any improvements to our products and services that will meet the standards of our customers?

I think the answers to these questions will not only help our customers but also help us to continue to improve on our products.
